Yes it's just a throttle position re-map
Is it worth it?
No. Unless you just really like being able to swap profiles depending on how you drive and want the truck to "feel" different.

People seem to like the pedal commander more and they definitely give the vehicle a different feel. Buddy has one in his 4Runner and it has worked fine for him, no issues.
