Throwing several codes, all related to the PCM.

1. Is it worth taking to a shop first to try and troubleshoot each individual code first? Or just time to replace PCM?

2. Seems easy enough to replace a PCM at home. Am I wrong? Any tricks, things to be cautious of?

3. Any hints on where to buy the PCM from, what to look for? Several websites where you upload your VIN and they preprogram for easy install supposedly.

Its worth verifying that you battery is not marginal and all your power and grounds are solid. Also I would plug/unplug the connectors and examine for corrosion. My son's 2010 F150 had random fault codes and plug/unplug and dielectric grease and they all went away and never came back.
