~95k miles, which is low. So that's a plus.

Dealer has it listed at $8,888. KBB says $6,465, but I'm guessing that assumes average mileage? (~150k, I'd guess).

What would be a suggested starting and highest offer? Or is the dealer's price fair?

(I'd be paying cash, FWIW)

Seems like you could offer lower, but probably not much room for the dealer to move and make profit - unless there is something wrong with car and they stole it at auction.

You can plug the mileage into KBB and it accounts for that in the price is predicts.

Also, if it's the V6, confirm the timing belt has been done. If not, that's going to be a ~$1,500 expense coming up soon unless you can DIY.
