Possibly looking for another vehicle soon. Anyone have a Lincoln contact. We are located in Houston for what it's worth. TIA.

I'm in the Houston area and I bought my current Navigator at North Park Lincoln in San Antonio. I have experience with three Lincoln dealers in Houston (Planet Lincoln, West Point and Bayway) and they were all varying degrees of difficult or slimy. Of the three Bayway was the slimiest, West Point was more subtly dishonest and Planet Lincoln was more difficult than outright dishonest. Life is too short to put up with these *******s, and San Antonio is not that far. I cut my deal online, drove up on a Saturday morning, had no nasty surprises at closing and drove home right after lunch (which the dealer paid for so we could pass the time while they detailed the car a little more).

If you do a search for similar threads in the past, you'll see several other people saying positive things about North Park Lincoln. My most recent experience was far enough in the past that I don't have a contact there. The only negative thing I can say about them was I told them not to put me on any spam list but they still did it and sent me a bunch of spam emails for oil changes and other maintenance, even though they knew I'm in Houston and wont be using them for maintenance.

Which dealer do you use for service and how is the service experience?

I've been using West Point for service and they were pretty good while my extended warranty was intact. Now that I am paying out of pocket, I've caught them making up expensive repairs that didn't need to be done (I didn't fall for it though). 2 years ago they said I needed some AC component replaced to prevent a coolant leak. I didn't do it and the AC is still fine. Last fall they said I needed a new water pump for over $1k. I balked at that and my water pump has still worked fine these past 9+ months. I would not use Planet Lincoln for maintenance based on my two brief experiences with them. Now that I'm out of warranty, I'll probably have to find an independent mechanic that I can trust. I put really low miles on my Navigator now anyway (fewer than 3k/year).

Bought from Long McArthur out of Salina, KS. Had shipped to Houston. Good price, no hassle. Haven't visited a service department yet.

My cousin got a new Lincoln Navigator. Went with Bluebonnet Motors Lincoln in New Braunfels.

North Park in San Antone! I live near Corpus, we cut a deal by text message, they drove the Navigator to my house, did the paperwork on my kitchen table and drove back in my trade in. Super easy and straightforward.

They have the best service center I've ever dealt with across all makes. I will never take my Lincolns or Fords anywhere in Corpus. They also have reasonable extended warranties.

The entire north park/kahlig group is nothing but class. Love those guys.
