I've got a 2019 Polaris Ranger 570 and I'm pretty sure I need to replace the fuel pump as I do not hear the current (original) one engage when I turn the key and it seems like it's not getting fuel. Looking on line, the OEM part is $480+ and one on Amazon is $60. In someone's opinion who has more knowledge than me, is the OEM part worth that much more?

Thanks

No.

Fuel pumps aren't rocket science.

Purchase 2. Have one handy.

Thanks & good advice. Those are my thoughts as well.

The Amazon fuel pumps for carbureted Rangers tend to put out too much pressure and flood the carb. I went through two and had constant issues keeping the engine running before going back to an OEM fuel pump. Assuming a late model 570 is fuel injected and has a built-in pressure regulator, so this may not apply in your case.

Thanks for the response. Mine is fuel injected, so I should be ok I'm assuming.

I have a Polaris 570 that is probably a 2015

My fuel pump went out and I replaced it with a $90 amazon one about 5 years ago and I have not had a problem with it since but now I only run ethanol free gas.

It was super easy to replace.

I went with not an Amazon but a cheaper after market in the $120 range on my 2012 800xp. No issues at all.

After calling the dealer and some searching on the internet. I decided to roll the dice with an amazon pump. No complaints so far.
My is a 900, I probably went overkill and removed both seats and unscrewed the center piece to slide over and make room. Just follow the installation instructions.
