I bought a new truck there in 2020. I went in with my radar up expecting the normal dealership sliminess. I was treated fairly , and had a good experience with limited shenanigans. Only issue I ran into was the same I've experienced in other places. The vehicle I wanted, and inquired about suddenly went up about $3k in sales price when I got there (after a 2 hr drive). But when I provided the screenshot I saved from their website, they honored the price without question.

I used AJ Flores (281)596-6245. He was great, but he is on the new car side and may have moved into the finance department. As with any vehicle purchase, go in expecting to get screwed over and prepared to walk away if it doesn't feel right. This is in no way an endorsement of Mac Haik, just my personal experience.

You will regret dealing with those snakes. Just a completely disreputable family of dealerships. Not many have a worse reputation than Mack Haik in the car dealer world.
