This from a story by Road and Track. The electric versions are still happening, but it looks like ICE variants will continue to exist. I think that's a good sign.

I just looked up electric Macan sales and I'm shocked they accounted for 44% of all Macans sold 2025Q1. I didn't think there was that big of a market for them. Guess it makes sense given all of the MX and MY Teslas I see in Austin.

Good. The entire point of a Porsche is that it has a soul. Don't buy EV sports cars!
Does that include European sales? The EV Macan is the only option in Europe. North America and other areas outside of Europe still get the ICE version

Their EV macan is slow. I wonder if that's their plan to prop up their overpriced halo models
the EU and UK are gonna fold on these mandates, that's my prediction. there won't be an industry left if they don't.

UK already eased up on their ZEV mandate this year and made it less stringent.
