I got a new truck recently and I screwed up on the title and I am trying to fix it.

I am responsible for buying trucks for my company. I am an owner and officer of the company.

I wanted a new personal truck so I went to the dealer I use for corporate vehicles and he quoted me a new truck.

I traded in my personal truck but didn't catch that the dealer was titling the new truck in my company name.

I finally got the new title and am filling out the 130U form. Can I just put $0 in section 38A? Do I need to pay the $10 gift tax fee and complete Comptroller Form 14-317?

New truck was ~$80k F250 with a trade in of ~$42k F250

Any advice?
