I'm unexpedely in the market. Autotrader was the best back in the day, but my knowledge is dated. Thanks.

I'm searching now too. It's a struggle. Seems to be all "price is down payment. We finance."….

Hard to find true individuals selling. No one knows the history. Carfax has gaps and questionable ownership. Tons of salvage titles with no pics and no details of what happened. "Dealer fixed it is about all ya get".

I'm using FB Marketplace, Auto Trader, Cars.com, Carvana….still gonna pony up for high mileage, 7-10 year old vehicles. I'm being patient. Sorry to be negative Nancy

I'm in the market as well. Looking at low mileage cpo type stuff so will probably buy from a dealer. Autotrader seems to miss a lot of dealers. Cars.com has a poor filtering interface. Cargutis seems to get more dealers. But ultimately I am looking through them all. Kind of a hassle.

Auto Tempest searches all the search sites at once. I think it's pretty solid.

I look at cars.com, cargurus and autotrader. The last two used car searches, though, we looked at those sites and then bought from Carvana anyway. We've had good experiences with Carvana.

I'm going to be selling my 2017 q50 when I find something to replace it. We need an suv. Otherwise I would keep it longer. Great car. Had the turbos replaced under warranty last year, so that large expense is gone already.

I don't know about preferred... but I've purchased vehicles off of eBay, sight unseen.

Try Grok, it does a pretty solid job if you know or at least sort of know what you want.
