Carfax has an app. I think some of the self reported maintenance can show up on some carfax reports

I'm old school and still stick oil change stickers on the windshield since I run different intervals than what the computer expects

Owners manual log. Save receipts in a file folder, especially if you wanna sell it private vs trade in.

I use https://lubelogger.com/ but it is open source, you have to host it yourself.

I went down this rabbit hole a few years ago, and I use the paid version of fuelly. I believe it's eight dollars a year. I logged my mileage, maintenance, and can snap a picture of receipts.

LOL what a problem to have.

I have three vehicles, and it's stressful when all three converge on an oil change alert or tire rotation alert. I can't imagine dealing with that 3-4x over. Labor of love.
