Aviators have a pretty bad reliability rating on Consumer Reports. Not sure why Lincoln couldn't get it sorted out. There's nothing inherently difficult about building a mid sized SUV. Great looking vehicles.

I drove from Houston to San Antonio to buy my Navigator from them. Much less slimy than the Houston Lincoln dealers. They treated me pretty well. My experience is from 2019 so I can't really say what they will be like in 2026.

When I bought mine, we negotiated everything, including trade-in, by text message. Then they drove the Navigator to my house near Corpus. We did the paperwork on my kitchen table, and they drove our trade-in back.

We tried to get service done locally and it was a disaster. We always take it back to Northpark for service and they have been great.

All of their dealerships are outstanding. I bought my Ram from their dealer in Castroville in November and was very pleased with the transparency, service, and the ease of the transaction.
