Not necessarily. Only 100% VA gets you exempt from property tax. You only need 50% for a plate.

my brother has spent a lot of time going back and forth between Abilene and DFW this year. He's spotted this thing several times along the way.

Our best guess is they bought a total loss or poor salvage job for pennies on the dollar and decided to lean into it.

People have been "customizing" (vandalizing) Corvettes in egregious ways since the early 70's at least. Not sure why Corvettes are such a popular canvas for people to display their bad taste. Count me among the purists who prefer to keep them stock.

I saw that movie in the theater first day of summer vacation. It looked a lot better to me as a 6th grader than it does today.

One of the things that bugs the heck out of me is that 90% of the cars on the road these days are black, white or some shade of gray.
