Look closer. That person is getting paid monthly disability and is exempt from property tax.
Not necessarily. Only 100% VA gets you exempt from property tax. You only need 50% for a plate.

Does the C8 in the OP have their IG/cashapp displayed on the car anywhere? That appears to be common.
People have been "customizing" (vandalizing) Corvettes in egregious ways since the early 70's at least. Not sure why Corvettes are such a popular canvas for people to display their bad taste. Count me among the purists who prefer to keep them stock.

One of my Corps buddies gets disability unrelated to his service and he'll be the first one to tell your it's BS but he's also not going to not take advantage of it. If you're trtuly disabled you're not getting in and out of a C8

Im 80% and get in an out of a tightly squeezed garage and into my Mustang. Im 46, it sucks, but its possible

years in a wheelchair. There was no getting in and out of of Mustang much less than a C8. His ride was a Toyota ramp van. That's disabled

You only need 50% for disabled vet plates. Not hard to get that with moderate PTSD and any number of non musculoskeletal injuries. And you'd easily get in a vette with it I can assure you.

Everyone calm down, the C8 in the OP is very obnoxious regardless of how disabled you are or aren't. Dumbass cars are something we can all share
