Doug Horner of @BenzsandBowTies sits down with to talk with Tomi Mikula of @Delivrd

I figure most of you watch a video or two from these guys. I don't know if I'd ever pay Tomi for his services bc I think I can negotiate 90% or close to what he could. Some people don't want to haggle or have the time.

Crazy to think if dealers would just come within $1000 of the deals Tomi gets them and didn't waste their time at financing they could keep $1000 profit rather than it going to him.

I'd 100% use this service on the next car purchase; both of my dealership experiences were not bad, but I'd trust that they can make a better deal than I can and save me time in the process. Not sure how common it is, but multiple folks I know that bought cars over the last few years said something like, "The car was $35K but also had an additional $10K recondition fee" or "Truck was $35K but the total was $55K". These are functioning adults who were OK signing these deals.

Also interesting that they talked about the DTC model being advantageous but didn't mention Tesla, who essentially does this with fixed, clear pricing.

Shoutout to River Oaks Chrysler and Sewell Infiniti N Houston for being easy to work with and no pressure or add ons. I'd 100% return to Sewell tomorrow, if only they had a Lexus dealership in Houston.

Edit: A family member in NY used a broker to find his leased Range Rover and I wondered how much they make on those deals.
