Can someone run this plate and send me the info?

Guy gave me an insurance policy that insurance company said didn't provide coverage.

Dented bumper on my truck. He claimed he wanted to handle outside of insurance but backed out of doing so. When I reported to his insurance they claimed they weren't responsible.

Not sure the guy owned the van.

Any insight is appreciated. He has a CDL.

Did not file a police report yet. It happened in a parking lot with witnesses.

I did. But this vehicle wasn't on his policy so trying to determine who owns it.
