Thought I would try here in case someone has a solution. 2019 Jeep Cherokee with the 8.4" U-connect system will intermittently drop connection with Apple CarPlay. This mode only has a wired connection in center console or bottom of dash. I have replaced the in dash media hub but did not correct the issue.

I had to replace the thing the cords plug into in the console in my 18 ram. Don't remember what it was called.
