3,2,2,2,2 build 115-125. Reps are per every 2 mins, as singles.

Workout:
50 box step ups 20" box with 50# dumbbell any carry
Then three rounds of
21 burpeees
15 alternating dumbbell snatches
9 toes to bar
Then
50 more box step ups with dumbbell
