I got some smart wool ones that I really like. I have some lightweight nike ones too, but they don't really do anything.

What outside temperature are you talking about? I have Raynaud's and live in a cold climate, so it has been a lot of trial and error (and purchases) for me.

Funny, I also have raynaud's. Just posted about it on the gb. I'd say 30s and 40s. Raynaud's is a bigger problem for my toes than hands.

In Texas, you probably only need a lighter pair 95% of the time. I have a couple pair of nike gloves and some brooks. If your hands start sweating, just pull them off. That's what I did today.

I have 3 pairs for varying degrees of cold, and when I'm in Wisconsin in the winter, sometimes I have all three pair on.

I live in northwest Arkansas. for light cold (40-49 degrees) if use a wool type glove. For anything less than 40degrees I use a mitten, your fingers are much warmer in a mitten as the fingers keep each other warm as right next to each ather as opposed to a glove where they are separated. For really cold (<25) if use a liner glove and cover hands with mittens. I always need my hands and ears warm so above are my experiences over 25yrs of running

I have Raynauds, live in Minnesota and run outside in the winter. For 30-40 dF I just keep a bunch of pairs of cotton stretchy gloves around. They are like $1/pair.

I have the cheap wool cotton blend from Walmart. Like $5 a pair. And pull them off if and when my hands start to sweat

I picked up a thin pair of UA gloves for like $10 that has lasted over 10 years. Nothing special needed in Texas and can use them when layering

I have never been diagnosed but I'm pretty sure I have Raynauds, as well. For chilly runs in Houston I use a pair of Mizuno merino wool gloves I got on sale - they're perfect. For cold runs I have some Arc'teryx windproof/lightly lined mittens. If it's REALLY cold I double up. I find that anything windproof will likely make your hands sweat.

The only person I know with Raynaud's wears sweaters and hoodies when it's 75 outside. When it's 30-40 they're completely bundled up and would take far more than thin cotton gloves to stay warm, even on a run.

I keep losing them but I use these when it gets below 50:

When it gets closer to 40, I'll pair with glove liners. I think they work nicely. I sized up, so that I could throw in handwarmers too. I have a great small pair of electronic handwarmers that are rechargeable (they go with me everywhere in the winter and will fit in mittens).

Mittens are the best for keeping your hands warm. I just got an awesome pair of waterproof/windproof mittens (larger than the ones linked above) from REI that served me well this week when temperatures were in the teens and single digits.

In Utah and run with Burton liner gloves. Very thin and touchscreen happy. I am happy with them until it drops below 25.

There are multiple types and varying degrees of Raynauds…

Part of the reason I like the cheap cotton gloves is I can keep them everywhere and always have them handy.

Mine doesn't take extreme cold to set it off, just mild cold at the right moment and random fingers will turn white.
