Is there anything out there, either watch or ring, that actively tracks BP? Perhaps it's ok if it's off if it's always off by the same amount (get a baseline with an actual BP cuff).

OMRON makes one. I bought it. I'll take a pic of it but it's dead because I no longer use it. I could still charge it and it works. While it worked ok, I like my Garmin Fenix because it displays more information and tracks more metrics.

The conclusion I came to is that I really don't need to check my blood pressure that often. I have a blood pressure monitor at home and at work.

The way the watch functions is you still have to press a button hold it at heart level and sit still for 30 seconds or so. So it really isn't a continuous heart monitor so I didn't find it all that useful. It uses the same cuff squeezing technology that all of the other Blood pressure monitors use but has way less functionality than an Apple Watch or a Garmin.

This is the cuff I use at home and I have a similar one at work. It's easier to just strap that on for one minute, take your blood pressure and take it off. Then go buy a better watch with more functions, e.g., Apple or Garmin. It makes more sense than wearing a crappy watch you only use a few times a day.

Doesn't help you today, but the next Apple Watch is rumored to track blood pressure trends. Meaning it won't give you an actual systolic/diastolic measurement, but it will tell you if your BP is trending up or down over time.
