4 mile run. I finally figured out the cause of my soreness; my running form was different with "fresh" legs causing me to overstride. I ran today with a shorter stride and my legs felt much better.
Lift #3 of Stronglifts. Starting all the way at the bottom as I have had issues of lifting consistently for years now. I want to get an entire consistent year under my belt and see where I stand 1/1/2025.
