40 minutes on the trainer to get the legs moving and keep weight off the back. Haven't run in two weeks.

Mostly rest. Did a half mile walk pulling a wagon load of trash up the drive to the trash bin and back. I band it around my hips with a heavy resistance band to the handle and tow it behind me for a bit of resistance walking.

Threw in 2-3 dozen reps each of shoulder presses, dumbbell curls, some pull-ups, flys, nothing heavy except the presses maybe. Still recovering from Saturday.
