Workout: 28 minutes AMRAP of:
25m VERY heavy sled push (630#)
500m run
500m ski Erg machine

Rest 3 mins

28 minutes AMRAP:
21 wall ball shots 14# to 10'
15 broad jumps for max distance
100m dual farmer carry 2x55# weights
50m sled rope pull with 275# sled (must stand inside 1m box)

Stretch

Supplemental: a few sets of
Superset 8 light dumbbell floor presses and 5 pull-ups

50m handstand walk practice
