63yr old male. 6-0, ~#205.
Reasonable shape for my age. Been lifting 20 years but had trouble with nausea. I prefer to work out after work. Don't like nothing in my belly in morn.
Symptoms feel like the old days of over working on an empty stomach. Even throw up sometimes.
Interesting thing is the symptoms start 10-15 min into work out. In other words, not really fatigued enough to feel that way. I don't fool around, but I'm not training for the Olympics either.
Only thing I have found that helps is to drink BCAs 2 hours before.
Tried docs- GP, cardiologist, blood work etc. No hints.
Anyone have insight?
Really affects my ability to work out and recover after.
