Mostly chores and work around the property, but fit in a 15-12-9-6-3 descending ladder of 95# hang power cleans and push-ups, and 25 deadlifts plus 25 push presses with 2x35 dumbbells on a break.

25 mile training run that was supposed to be 31, but the heat and humidity were just too much so we cut it short.

Consistency: It's only a virtue if you're not a screw-up.
