20 mile run with 5 miles at marathon pace
All the variables fell into place this morning for a great run! I hit my primary marathon block workout target in large part to amazing running weather. I have 2 weeks left in this marathon block before taper so I am debating how to approach my final 2 20 milers. Right now I'm leaning towards repeats of today or backing off to even splits. Regardless, as long as I can stay injury free then I will call this training block a success!
