I've had 9 alcoholic beverages this year coming out of Dry January. Set a target of 3 per month and have stuck to that so far. Usually save them for dinner dates and the like just to have a drink I really enjoy like my favorite margarita or to pair a drink with certain meals. Have definitely enjoyed the benefits of cutting way back. Been easy peasy so far but I've also been drinking a ton of NA beers now that they've gotten so much better. Usually have one a night with dinner. Here's tonight's:
