I didn't realize the 2026 Marathon is a week earlier, so it's off MLK weekend. I like having it that weekend, so I can recover on Monday, I'll probably do a different race instead.

Yea, not sure why. Been doing either the half or full since 2011 and every one of them has been MLK weekend, 2027 is MLK weekend, not sure why 2026 is off.

I'm in. It's either my 12th or 13th Houston. Registered for the full. Haven't trained, lol. Longest run since, well last January, was a 10 miler last week. Should be interesting.

Did you start a YouTube channel, brag to everybody about how you didn't train, run a 4:57 marathon, and tell everybody that you ran a 4 hour marathon?
