Day 1 of involuntary rest.

I did manage to walk >5 miles/10,000 steps and the stiffness on the outside of my hip seems to be loosening up some. Maybe this will be less serious than I was thinking this morning.

Last year when I had my hip flexor injury and had to stop running cold turkey for months... that was so hard. I had no idea how much running meant to me until I couldn't run. Felt like I was going to lose my mind. Hope you're back out there soon!
