Leg day, going out for four miles this evening.

Monday full body lift routine
Arms:
10 mins warmup
Superset 4x10 BB Pendlay rows @75
4x10 DB bench press 2x35
Bar hang for max time (grip strength test)
3 rounds of:
8/8 single arm strict DB shoulder press
25m/25m single arm DB overhead carry
1:00 max BB curls @45
Core: 100 Russian twist w/25# plate
