Part1: 8 rounds X 1 min alternate
30-50 seconds hang off bar
4-5 rope climb from seating to standing and down, arms only
Part 2:
5 rounds 2 min work, 2 min rest between:
10 front squat @75
10 box jumps @20"
Max chest to bar pull-ups
Stretch
