Also add - you can get away with eating like a bird on this for awhile, but eventually you will need to eat.

I tried to do the low/zero carb lifestyle when I started to try to drop weight. By the time I was getting to loading the bar with my bodyweight on squats, I felt like garbage between workouts and said screw that.

I'm probably the same weight +/- 10 pounds from when I was a fat blob but you'd never know that by looking at me.

Hell yes man! Great work.

As always, to CC09's point, you are going to want to do extra stuff here pretty soon. Resist this urge (okay, if you just can't go further in life without a straight bar curl, go for it, THAT wont hurt anything, RDLs, 50 pullups a workouts, etc. very well might).

There is going to come a time where you need to add accessories and assistance exercises, but that day is not today. Keep those in reserve for when you really need them to break through plateaus. Plus, enjoy the shorter workouts.
