Superset: 6x3 bench press @125
Right into 6x5 strict pull-ups
4 rounds of:
6 dual KB bent rows 2x45
10 bb curls @45
30 secs max reps band curls (get a burn going)
10 push-ups with toes on 20" box
60 fast band pull downs from had squat hold.
Core: 100 flutter kicks
