Ran a 5K this morning. Sucked.

Then I fell off an 8 foot retaining wall while taking photos after the thing. Somehow avoided seriously injuring myself.

Failed my 15 mile long run. Got to 8 miles but started feeling drained and dizzy so went home. It's going to bother me all week.
