Then 800m run Then 3 rounds of: 9 power clean @135 12 alt SA DB snatch @35 15 burpees

For some reason this one fried my back pretty good, but I am almost 50 and only 160lb so blasting through 12x185 deadlifts can do that. Good form and a lifting belt only go so far.
