FiA, full body. I was the Q and led a workout I borrowed from another group. Total burner!

4 miles, some on trail. I didn't sleep well and was pretty tired...almost didn't go, but still got the miles logged.

Track night...800 wu & cd. Very isolated rain shower right over the track just before the start, made it super sticky.
