1). Buying a red light mat - Do they really help with inflammation, are they worth it, and where can I find a good but affordable one

2). Nomatec leg compression - Lifetime provides 20 minute sessions for free. Does it offer the benefits it claims, and how often would you recommend doing it?

I do a lot of cycling (about 100 - 150 miles / week). I just bought the Normatec 3 leg. I am always wanting my legs squeezed when I lay down at night especially after a long ride even though I do a ton of foam rolling, stretching. So far the Normatec's have reduced that need dramatically. I can feel the blood moving through my legs. Now, does it really help recovery, make it so my workouts the next day are easier? Im not real sure how much it does that, but at a minimum it makes me feel better. I was able to get a doctor to approve it and they were covered with my FSA money.

Don't buy this nonsense. If you insist on buying something f to pain and inflammation, just use the money on a theragun.

Overall lower inflammation in my 58 year okd body. As with many my age, heart issues arise and I'd like to make sure my circulation stays good for my body and heart.
