Anyone try the 10 minute a day Tai Chi stuff where the fat guy turns into a super fit looking body in a month or so?

I tried the regular TaiChi a while ago but was initially slow, pretty steep learning curve to get it right.
Skeptical but thought I'd ask.

I'm down to 6% body fat after doing one of those programs. The very slow, fluid movements with zero muscle resistance surprisingly caused me to look like Arnold. Who would have thought!

I'm thinking of doing a dojo storm to see how TaiChi matches up against my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Kidding -- I've never done TaiChi but know a few folks who have really enjoyed it.

None, however, are single digit body fat %.

It's frankly what I should probably be doing. I can't maintain a resistance program without injuring myself. F;ing maddening. Did great last week and then yesterday out of blue I get some kind of upper back spasm that I'm still trying to wind down from today.

Are you talking about the 10 minutes a day program or a full blown TaiChi workout?

I was joking based on the ridiculous AI Tai Chi ads on Instagram where they have an absolutely ripped Asian guy promoting Tai Chi.

However, I did take a Tai Chi beginner course on vacation back in October so I'm somewhat of an expert now.

I wish there was an ancient Chinese secret here because it's more my speed these days! Just getting the forms down was challenging for me though.

I did semi-contact kick boxing for a bout a year and a half in my early 30s. That got me ripped, but I might break or pull something within 5 min of warming up now.
