Workout:
8x4min each rounds to complete two passes through these stations: (try to finish with some rest time)
1. 400m run then 30m of burpee broad jumps
2. 400m run then 30 GHD sit-ups
3. 400m run then 30 alt lunges with 65# sandbag on back
4. 400m run then 25m heavy sled push (350#)
Twist: second time through do the run last instead of first
