Part1:
1. Run 300m then max Am KB swings 55#
2. Run 300m then max lunges with 75# sand bag on shoulders
3. Run 300m then max wallball shots 20# to 10'
4. Run 300m then max sled push heavy sled 465#
Part2:
1. 25 Am KB swings 55# then max 25' shuttle runs
2. 25 alt lunges with 75# sandbag then max 25' shuttle runs
3. 25 wallball shots then max 25' shuttle runs
4. 25m heavy sled push then max 25' shuttle runs

Cooldown: 5 mins leg presses on variable resistance sled
