I am heading to TSO today to get a recommendation on what to do, but asking here to for idea to look out for.

On Friday I worked out my chest and shoulders harder than i have in 6 months...

Saturday my right forehead (hairline) became irritated. Stayed same until Monday morning around 2am...major irritation / burning / electric shock types of feelings (all on right side of head (forehead and scalp...never other side)

Monday was miserable and i used some steroid creams. It calmed it down, but had trouble with day and sleeping.

Tuesday was fine and i was able to sleep, but in substantial discomfort

Wed was fine and was able to sleep but still there. my right eye started to tear up.

I still have itchy and occasional shocks on my scalp and eye is still tearing up.

At first i thought it was shingles, but no rash and no other symptoms. Then I started thinking of my working out and i came across a few potential nerve issue in c2 and c3 that can cause my symptoms spot on.

Anyone have anything similar?

Sounds like shingles, but strange there's no rash.

Have you noticed any small bumps, even tiny ones, or any redness on the tip of your nose?

Not shingles according to urgent care and no signs in my eye by optometrist.

I do have a small cyst on middle of eye on same side.

Internet tells me this over and over
Occipital Neuralgia
Trigeminal Neuralgia

Could be temporal arteritis. Optometrist wouldn't have seen fundoscopic changes that might help with dx. If persists, need ANA and CRP, CBC.
ALTERNATIVELY, the rash of zoster is often delayed.
