Over the years ive seen all the click bait stuff for various supplements and nutrition. I recently started trying 100% beet juice (organic) and its lived up the hype. I have taken a nap every Sunday for 20+ years. Since I started drinking 8 Oz of beet juice I have not taken a nap on Sundays anymore and im about 3 weeks in. I also feel better.
It will taste like dirt. Ive started mixing in a couple of ounces of 100% cherry juice, or cranberry (no sugar added) from time to time.
