Part 1: 12 mins total of EMOM 4 times through:
1. 30+ secs of Ltuck hang
2. 6 plyometric push-ups (push into air) + 8 KB swings @45
3. 6 tempo dual DB front rack hold squat. 3 sec down 2 sec hold at bottom 2x25 db

Part 2 prep 10 lunges 1 min bike 10 jumping lunges

4x 4min rounds to complete:
16 dual KB deadlift 2x45
1 min bike good effort
12 alt jumping lunges
10 dual DB standing Arnold press 2x25
Rest remaining time
