Long warmup 15 mins. Running, stretching , squats, lunges, etc.

2 sets of workout rounds.

For workout: 5 rounds of run then work AMRAP with 1:30 rest between rounds. Each round adds 30 secs of work time:

4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00
Start with 400m run each round then right into AMRAP in remaining time:
2 burpee broad jumps
4 alt lunges with 65# sandbag
6 wall ball shots 20#
