Warmup 15 mins. Stretch those legs.
Get in plenty of warmup jumps.

Part 1: distance:

4 rounds: first 2 = 2 mins of 30 secs on then 30 secs rest of continuous broad jumps for distance, plus 2 mins more rest after each 2 min work portion
Second 2 rounds: same format but first 2 mins is 20secs broad jumps then 20secs rest

Part 2 height
Then warm up high jump overs (jump over horizontal bar, ground to ground, no step into the jump). Safest way is to use a couple of dumbbell to hold a broom handle or pvc horizontally from a box top at 20-24" from one end so it gives way if you hit it.

Workout: 3 min bike for max calories right into 12 mins AMRAP of:

6 jump overs 22"
