Has anyone tried Beef Liver supplements/pills? If so, did you feel much improvement on energy levels later in the day?

I took heart and soil beef organs pill daily for a month. Honestly did not notice anything.

Yeah I like them. I take the old school Beverley desiccated beef liver. They are 1.5g of protein per pill too, so I pop a bunch of them during workouts. Easy way to get extra protein in.

Yeah for sure, they are packed with B vitamins so you'll def notice an energy boost when you first start.
