I'm pretty sure all most direct to consumer marketing companies don't have anything special in them, they're just normal drugs like Viagra or Cialis that they repackage in their own bottles and sell. They should work the same. That being said, they do have their own delivery mechanism. I think one company sells them in hard mint form, one has a disolvable strip I think similar to Listerine strips.

Those companies are growing quite a bit, or at least market like they do. So I'm pretty sure they work.

Ro's product ("Sparks") is a compounded formulation of sildenafil/tadalafil (aka Viagra and Cialis), so it involves more production on the back end than just literally putting generic drugs in a bottle. Giving these drugs in combination might, theoretically, work better/differently than the commercial stuff, but also might, theoretically, have more side effects (headache, flushing, etc.).

But yeah, the active ingredients are the same stuff that are in standard boner pills, so would expect similar results.
