So I was listening to an old episode from Wise About Texas and he talked about the First Texas Declaration of Independence. Much of what Judge Wise describes comes from Brandon Seale, who I know nothing about. Apparently he's looking for the site of the Battle of Medina and possibly found it. I've never seen a copy or even mention of it anywhere but apparently these guys have found it in SA. It was apparently signed June 13th, 1813 as part of the Gutierrez Magee expedition.
