How long do you want to ignore this user?
Not my cup of tea, but thought there might be some here having a historical interest in him.

Using a technique developed by our CIA and Stanford Research Institute for military espionage purposes:

Havent seen the video. And dont really know what to think about it, but remote viewing is an out of body description of something somewhere else. I.e. psychic stuff.

The cia had a program and documented lots of anecdotally stunning examples.

Some examples i recall is they had sat photos of some huge soviet hangar land locked in the middle of nowhere, wanted to know what was in it, remote viewer describes in great detail, 'huge shark like monster, went on to describe vent tubes, missile tube covers, (rows of big circular holes down its back, filled with fire' type of ****) length, tower, etc., basically dead on descibing what later turned out to be the first typhoon class sub. They discarded the intel because they didnt believe a sub could be built so far inland, etc.

They supposedly cancelled the program despite it's absolutely freaky success stories because while spooky, the intel wasnt consistently timely actionable.

E.g. they were looking for a kidnapped general. Remote viewers described what turned out to be the captors, and the room, and surroundings accurately, but that wasnt enough to pinpoint the location in time to save the guy.

The illogical thing there is that the remote viewers could be given geo coordinates, and describe what was there with great accuracy. So why couldnt they report a location?

Anyway, interesting reading.

Here is a very good documentary on the technique.
