Side note, one of the first cooling systems was designed by naval engineers for President Garfield after he was shot. It was hard to control and the room wound up frigid.

I've noticed that hospitals are deliberately kept cold to improve healthiness.
And those thin paper suits they give you aren't much help, especially on the backside.
