Parts of Operation High Jump remain classified. It's one of the few post war II expeditions that remain restricted from public scrutiny.

The only thing less likely than advanced alien visitors is time travelers.

We are pretty familiar with our solar system and can pretty much eliminate any greater carbon life there, other than our own. So if they are traveling to earth these aliens would have transportation means well above ours. If that is the case, I want them "to Serve Man" and make themselves known in whatever capacity of "serve" they choose.

Hopefully, the disclosure will not be window dressing. If all of it comes out much of what you ask will come to light. Many whistleblowers etc. already have spoken on some of it.
